For our local luxury market, we are in the midst of a historic period. In 2021, there were more properties sold for over $5 million than in any previous year in our history. In 2021, 46 residences sold for more than $5 million, up over 60% from the previous year. 

While it's easy to look back over the last 18 months, we're currently in the midst of a luxury boom. Homes in Ascaya often sell for around or above $1,000 per square foot, as one local example among many.
