2022 is halfway over and here are some of our favorites in the newest textures, patterns, prints, finishes, and fashion trends. From sinks and vanities to bathtubs and showers. The trendiest designs in this collection might provide you with the inspiration you so desperately need. The list is guaranteed to inspire some creativity, whether you are planning a remodel or new construction. Whatever your own style may be, from stylish and modern to industrial and vintage, 2022 is the year for a bathroom makeovers.

  1. Free Standing Tub

Freestanding bathtubs are ideal for peaceful soaks. Freestanding bathtubs not only make bathing more comfortable, but they also give bathrooms the sleek, contemporary look they deserve. Free-standing tubs are the ideal focal point for your bathroom since they stand alone and immediately attract your attention.

  1. Two Showerheads

This can be demonstrated in a few different ways, such as with two showerheads or with one main showerhead and one handheld shower head. Double shower heads are not only pleasant to have, but they also make your house look more luxurious!

  1. Earthy Tones

We anticipate seeing more earthy tones in bathroom decorations, fixtures, and accessories. The majority of hues, whether bright or dark, look well with these earthy tones! These Earth tones include greens, blues, and browns, but this year we see them used as warmer tones rather than cool ones. Because they evoke emotions of wellbeing and the outdoors, earthy tones are not only pleasing to the sight but also help us relax more.

  1. Showers

As showers get bigger and bigger, your designer will have more opportunities to employ trendy and entertaining tiles in your shower. If there is room, think about adding a skylight above the shower. This will undoubtedly shine a natural spotlight on the opulent area and add the finishing touch your shower deserves.

  1. Floating Bathroom Vanities

This style provides the visual break required to let the complementary materials be the focal point of the space while reducing the visible weight of the cabinetry. You don't have to worry about your storage needs either because you can put baskets underneath the cabinetry or built-in organization sections that provide some beautiful usefulness.

  1. Colorful Oversized Tiles

This season, bolder, cozier looks are taking over. Although gray is fine, the color is superior! Warmer tones were beginning to gain appeal, and we predicted that they would continue to do so in our piece on the Top Trends for Bathrooms. Guess what, though? Their moment has come! Yes, warmer tones have arrived. Expect to see more bathrooms with warmer tones than the many drab ones we saw in recent years. The vanities, floors, and wall tiles that most closely follow this trend are! Given that some homeowners might be reluctant to include these warm tones in the background of their houses, grey may continue to be a top option for those seeking to deviate from the traditional white color.

  1. Asymmetrical & Advanced Mirrors

The latest craze is for unique and geometric mirror shapes, but that's not all! Mirrors are becoming intelligent, just like the rest of the bathroom. Almost any feature you can think of, like anti-fog technology, smart touch capabilities, USB charging stations, and more, can be found in mirrors. Lighting is everything. This explains why modern backlit mirrors and front lights are becoming more and more common. Back-illuminated mirrors are a more understated choice that will enable ideal lighting. Although they encourage innovation, lights in the front may take attention away from an uneven mirror design.
